Research On Emergency Micro-blog Rumors Spreading Based On Scale-free Networks

At present, China is in the transition period of social unrest. All kinds of unexpected events frequently has become a prominent problem affecting social stability. At the same time, the rapid development of micro-blog as a representative of the emerging media dissemination of information provides convenience for people to spread information and express their own unique views. In the background of these two interactive environment,the negative impact caused by micro-blog can not be ignored. Micro-blog’s anonymity,openness and lack of audit and other characteristics create conditions for the emergence of micro-blog rumors under emergencies. The widespread of micro-blog rumors have not only caused adverse effects to the social community but also brought unprecedented pressure to the relevant government departments to handle emergencies. From the point of view, this paper conducts the research from the aspects of the characteristics of the micro-blog platform, micro-blog rumor propagation paths and propagation mechanism, in order to provide solutions and suggestions for the government to better guide and manage the micro-blog rumors.First of all, this paper introduces the background and significance of this study, and puts forward the research purpose and content on the basis of consulting and combing the relevant literature at home and abroad and determines the relevant research methods;Secondly, this article introduces the characteristics of emergencies and analyzes the network structure and psychological basis of the micro-blog rumor. Summarize the path and characteristic of the spread of micro-blog rumors for the establishment of subsequent model.Thirdly, based on micro-blog rumor propagation path, this article analyzes the characteristics of micro-blog rumors spreading and divides micro-blog users into five categories: ignorant, spreader, refractory, regular contact and irregular contact. SC1C2 IR micro-blog rumor spreading model is constructed and the influence of network structure,initial infection rate and other factors on the rumor spreading are analyzed through simulation results;Finally, this article analyzes the differences between the micro-blog rumor control and infectious disease immunity and the influences of authoritative information dissemination on the transition of different groups in the process of rumor spreading. This article constructs the A-SC1C2 IR model based on authoritative information. The effect of releasing time of authoritative information, the authority of the information publisher and the credibility of information on the spread of rumor are analyzed by simulation. Based on the analysis of SC1C2 IR and A-SC1C2 IR model, control strategy of micro-blog rumors is proposed from the angle of four aspects: micro-blog users, micro-blog platform, relevant government agencies and external media.
