Research On The Core Values Of Socialism In Xinjiang From The Perspective Of Civic Education

Modernization of Xinjiang, human’s modernization is the key. Left the People’s modernization of all ethnic groups, in modern culture-led development strategy would not have the true meaning of success. Man’s modernization is the key to breaking away from the traditional dependence of personality, to develop independence, autonomy, equality and modern personality. The key of modern personality is the implementation of civic education and the formation of a democratic society, Therefore, in all ethnic groups in Xinjiang to conduct civic education, strengthen the sense of national consciousness, the citizen consciousness and the Chinese sense of community, put Socialist core value into shared values of all nationalities and integration of ethnic identity, enhance people’s national identity and the identity of the Chinese nation, which is the most critical step in promoting modernization in Xinjiang.This dissertation consists of introduction, four chapters and conclusion. Introduction part elaborates the core values of socialism in Xinjiang from the perspective of civic education study on the background and significance, summarizes the domestic and foreign related issues,research status and research methods of this study, introduces the research ideas and methods,innovation points and difficulties, and defines the concept of civic education in Xinjiang.Body part on value orientation of Socialist core values, respectively, the implementation of civic education in Xinjiang explanation, based on the analysis of the situation of civic education in Xinjiang, finally put forward the ways to cultivate and develop the Xinjiang civic education under the new situation. Which, the first chapter mainly pointed out that Socialist core values is the value orientation of civic education in Xinjiang; the second chapter mainly introduced the Civic education in Xinjiang policy environment, methods and main contents of the implementation; the third chapter based on Xinjiang citizens education of status analysis, analysis Xinjiang citizens education exists of problems and the exists problem of main reasons; the fourth chapter proposed to Socialist core values led Xinjiang citizens education of countermeasures and suggestions.
