On The Crime Of Destroying Forest Resources

The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China declared to ecological civilization construction and economic construction, political construction, cultural construction,social construction. Government will pay more attention to the ecological civilization construction. At present, Chinese forest resources has been severely damaged,which not only undermines the country’s economic interests, but also damage to the country’s ecological environment, this paper is based on destruction of forest resources, legislative and judicial practice in the crime problems in the study. This article has four parts,including the following: Part Introduction, in this section first explains the background of this issue, detailed analysis of the status quo at home and abroad, that the purpose of this research. The second part, first of all, defined the concept of forest resources and forest resources crime.
