This article uses the method of literature, interview, observation and questionnaire, andresearch four vocational schools teaching personnel engagement at work, interpersonalrelationship, their role positioning, occupational knowledge and skills, professional ethicsstudy these five dimensions. After the analysis of the induction time of the tutors, educationlevel, job title, we selected the three stages of tutors as interview object, and interview thevice President of four vocational schools teaching staff members of the positioning, functions.Through the analysis of the questionnaire survey and the interview transcripts, the authorfound that as the induction time of growing, tutors on work engagement is on the decline.Newly hired staff members satisfied every aspect of school work, as the growth of theinduction time. It is due to the defects of the system of school management, causing staffmembers on the position and promotion, determining technical advantage, which directlyaffects the working enthusiasm of the staff members. Through the survey found thatvocational middle school of tutors worked seriously enough and were not given enoughopportunities, a good training, learn and the skill levels of staff members. Lack of spirit ofcontribution, there is no professional skills, so staff members can not just provide excellentservice for the education teaching, to a certain extent, affect the teaching quality.Based on an investigation of the current situation of the professional quality of staffmembers, the author put forward the suggestions to improve the professional quality of staffmembers. Firstly, to strengthen the cultivation of the staff members in terms of workengagement, create good working environment for staff members, establish scientific,reasonable and fair performance pay system, create a harmonious interpersonal relationship,establish a fair work evaluation system, create a fair development opportunities. Secondly,redefining the role of staff members, staff members should be managers, servers, coordinators.Last but not the least, to make the staff members of the professional scientific planning,establish and improve the organization of the school.
