With the rapid development of education undertakings,XD college logistics system and a growing number of employees of diversified forms of employment that bring positive role to the development of school,but as a result of form a complete set of system,management,personnel,funds and other factors,in the process of personnel management gradually exposed various problems,and has intensified.The existence of these problems not only restricts the development of employees themselves,but also restricts the development pace of logistics and schools to a large extent.In this paper,starting from the relevant basic theories,in combination with the practical situation of XD college logistics system of staff management,detailed analyze the present situation and characteristics of the system of employee management to explore the logistics system management staff management mechanism is not standard,social security pension rate is low,recruitment and talent introduction,labor relations are unequal,and lack of with different payment,identity,administrative efficiency is low,the influencing factors of system management staff are: Form a complete set of laws and regulations is not sound,fair compensation system,the identity of the career preparation and appointment system barriers are hard to break,loss of logistics systematic management policy,logistics managers ability needs to improve,etc.,on the basis of the preliminary study to improve employee management,puts forward the specific countermeasures and Suggestions: change management ideas,adhere to the "people-oriented",and attaches great importance to the system of employee status and contribution,exercise and training management,the good development of personnel;To reform the management mechanism,starting with the innovation of the employment mechanism,strengthening the incentive mechanism and compensation mechanism,standardize the personnel management of the employment system;Strengthen the construction of trade unions,enrich the organizational cultural life of employees with employment system,and strengthen the sense of ownership;Establish a scientific performance appraisal system and improve the comprehensive training system.Through actual investigation and literature research,this paper gives the suitable for the school,the system of appointment of staff management of the logistics system in general ideas and specific methods,and further enhance the level of logistic human resources management and establish a standardized and orderly,harmony and stability of the new type of labor relations,to achieve high quality,high quality,high benefit,high efficiency of logistics,to better serve the comprehensive logistics functions of the play,so as to ensure the stability and harmonious of the school,promote the sustained and healthy development of the school.
