With the deepening of the reform of college logistics,the part-time staff gradually become the main body of college logistics service.Due to the limitation of the management system,there is a big difference in the salary and welfare treatment between the part-time and full-time staff of the university logistics,and the problem of the working enthusiasm of the large number of part-time staff and the stability of the staff is becoming more and more prominent,which has gradually become a short board restricting the further development of the university logistics.Numerous logistics colleagues,experts and scholars have made a large number of in-depth and detailed studies on the management of the staff(refers to the staff of the institution)and non-staff(refers to the contract staff or full-time staff),and achieved fruitful research results.However,after a lot of literature review,the author found that the research on the management of logistics part-time staff is rarely seen in various journals.In view of this,study how to establish a positive and reasonable incentive model specifications,to fully excavate and develop the potential of the part-time worker and work enthusiasm,stable part-time worker team,make the logistics of colleges and universities to constantly push forward the solid strength,has become the current logistics reform in colleges and universities in a great research value of the subject.Based on the C university logistics group to part-time staff management as the research object,and around the research direction and topic,through the literature research of domestic and foreign relevant theory research dynamic and logistics to part-time staff incentive status in colleges and universities,on the basis of summarizing the predecessors' research results,according to the basic principle of the relevant incentive theory,using the method of field interviews,questionnaire survey,to meet,to C in the process of university logistics group to part-time staff management incentive,we deeply analyzed the present situation and the actual effect,and comparative and inductive analysis the region similar data of university logistics to part-time staff management,based on this,This paper makes a thorough analysis and research on the problems and causes of the part-time staff incentive in C university logistics group,and analyzes the causes of these problems.The research shows that,after years of reform,the management of part-time staff of C university logistics group has achieved obvious results,but there are also a series of problems,such as backward management concept,imperfect incentive system,single incentive measures,and poor stability of staff.In order to make the logistics reform of colleges and universities go on stably and continuously,we must pay attention to the stability of the part-time staff and improve their service enthusiasm by establishing an effective incentive system.Establish and improve targeted management system and implement standardized management;Strengthen the construction of logistics culture,pay attention to the effectiveness of the three aspects put forward to improve the C university logistics part-time staff management countermeasures and Suggestions.
