A Survey On The Teaching Relationship In The Engineering Team Of Galaxy Supercomputers

The Galaxy Supercomputer Engineering Team plays a key role in the developmentof Chinese supercomputers: not only invents Tianhe－Ｉ Supercomputer as arepresentative of high defense engineering products, but also cultivates a largenumber of excellent engineering and technical personnel like academicians of CiYungui, Zhou Xingming, Chen Huowang，Lu Xicheng and Yang Xuejun. The paperexplores the teaching relationship of Galaxy Supercomputer Engineering Team,having great value for the cultivation of our engineering and technical personel, andthe smoothly implementation of Creative country theoretically and practically.On the basis of the possession of the large number of first-hand information andrelated interviews, and from the perspective of Engineering Philosophy and Sociologyof Engineering, the paper first studies the constitution of teaching relationship in theteam, and explores the relations of relevant elements in the aspects of school teachingrelationship and working teaching relationship, summarizing its importantcharacteristics. Secondly, the paper studies the elite teching relationship of theengineering team, analyzes the definition and function of the elite teching relationship,and summarizes its important characteristics in the three aspects of multiplerole-playing, the leading people and the Matthew Effect. Thirdly, the paper analyzesthe function of teaching relationship with three aspects: the engineering ideainheritance, the engineering knowledge inheritance and engineering traditoninheritance and studies emphatically on the motiviation and inheritance of Yinhespirit. Eventually, the paper analizes the negative effect of teaching relationship inthe team, and puts forward some suggestisons to avoid it.
