With the rapid development of computer technology,network technology and communication technology,there is an urgent need for vocational education to train and export a large number of computer-related professional application-oriented talents.As an undergraduate specialty catalogue specialty,electronic and computer engineering undertakes the task of providing high-quality "double-qualified" teaching staff to secondary vocational schools.However,there are few colleges and universities offering this major in China,and the objects for research and analysis are limited,which is a great challenge.This paper comprehensively adopts the methods of literature research,investigation,field investigation and comparative analysis,aiming at fully understanding the current situation and existing problems of the training standards for secondary vocational teachers,and constructing the training standards suitable for the specialty of electronics and computer engineering in the capital Department of vocational teachers in China.Firstly,this paper defines the relevant concepts,clarifies the definition of the capital specialty and training standards of secondary vocational teachers,especially the definition and orientation of electronic and computer engineering as an ad hoc specialty of undergraduate professional catalogue,in order to grasp the research theme more accurately.Secondly,this paper analyses the theoretical basis of the development of training standards for secondary vocational normal students majoring in electronic and computer engineering and the principles to be followed in the development process.At the same time,it particularly analyses the realistic basis of the development of training standards for vocational teachers in this major,and strives to clarify the urgent need of the rapid development of information technology for the development of training standards for this major,so as to further in-depth study.Provide the basis and guiding principles.In the process of researching the current situation of the training standard of this major,through consulting relevant literature,this paper analyses the current situation of the establishment of electronic and computer engineering major in some foreign universities in the "Ranking of Electronic/Electrical and Computer Engineering Majors in American Universities".At home,it mainly considers the present situation of the establishment of this major in Jiangsu University,Shanghai Jiaotong University and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.At the same time,it also analyses the domestic vocational education of teachers.Class curriculum,from the perspective of computer specialty analysis of the construction of secondary vocational teachers,comprehensive analysis of the above electronic and computer engineering professional secondary vocational teachers training status quo,to provide experience and inspiration for electronic and computer engineering professional vocational teachers training.Finally,a complete set of training standards for the undergraduate specialty of electronic and computer engineering(secondary vocational teachers)has been developed,which can provide valuable reference for the construction of secondary vocational education teachers in China.
