The development of the Mobile Internet and mobile terminals laid material foundation for the launching of mobile learning.Schools, training institute ion-s,enterprises and so on have involved in the study of mobile learning project. However, just like as other success of information system, mobile learning’s popularizing lies not only the technology itself advanced or not but also the solves of the behavior problems of users’ cognitive acceptance and continuance usage etc.Firstly, this paper analyzes and summarizes the correlational researches of mobile learning users’ initial acceptance and continuance usage in china and foreign countries. After find the shortcomings informed research existed, this article is targeted at empirical research of mobile learning users’ continuance usage. Based on Bhattacherjee’s Information System Continuance Model, according to the relevant characteristics of mobile learning, this article added five variables of the personal innovativeness, perceived mobility value, perceived ease of use, perceived enjoyment and habit to build the research model of mobile learning users’ continuance usage. This article also puts forward17relevant research hypotheses.Secondly, take example by correlational researches of foreign countries, combined with the relevant characteristics of mobile learning,we work out the questionnaire of this research. We design the relevant questionnaire and collect data in college students of our school.Using SPSS18.0and SmartPLS2.0to analysis reliability and validity. Use SmartPLS2.0to validate the model and confirm the validity of the research model by goodness-of-fit and significance testing. Finally, based on the results of empirical analysis, we find there are five factors which will affect the continuance usage of mobile learning users. They are satisfaction, habit, confirmation, perceived mobility value and perceived usefulness. Combined with the status quo of mobile learning, we put forward some relevant suggestions to the web or software operators of mobile learning and expect to help the operators improve mobile learning website or software and maintain mobile learning users’ continuance usage behavior.
