Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Humanistic Care In The Ideological And Political Education Of College Students

Contemporary college students are in a new era of building a well-off society and building a socialist harmonious society,facing a variety of material and spiritual needs,which has brought great challenges to college students' ideological and political education workers.Therefore,how to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of college students has become an arduous task.Humanistic care is closely related to ideological and political education and has inherent consistency.In the process of ideological and political education,doing a good job of humanistic care is of positive significance for improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education and promoting the all-round development of college students.Improving the effectiveness of college students' ideological and political education is the key to promoting the development of ideological and political education.This is a serious subject that must be considered by educators in ideological and political education.Taking some colleges and universities in Chongqing as an example,this paper comprehensively analyzes the status quo and countermeasures of humanistic care in college students' ideological and political education,hoping to add a new theoretical explanation or countermeasures.This paper mainly studies the humanistic care in college students' ideological and political education by means of literature analysis and questionnaire survey.The first part expounds the research background and research significance of humanistic care in college students' ideological and political education,and summarizes the research status of this proposition at home and abroad.The second part defines the related concepts of humanistic care in college students' ideological and political education,and combs relevant theories.The third part analyzes the development status of humanistic care in college students' ideological and political education through questionnaire survey,clarifies the achievements and existing problems of humanistic care in college students' ideological and political education,and analyzes the causes of the problems from multiple angles.The fourth part is the conclusion of the comprehensive status quo analysis,the related theories of ideological and political education and humanistic care,and puts forward five countermeasures to strengthen the humanistic care in the ideological and political education of college students: to enhance the understanding of humanistic care;to establish the concept of humanistic education Innovative humanistic care implementation;enrich and improve humane care content;build a humanistic care carrier system.I hope to contribute to the development of humanistic care for college students' ideological and political education.
