Currently, there are two issues for the study of teachingevaluation concept by summarizing the extensive literatureresearch and practice reading. First, most studies focus on therequirements and changes in teaching evaluation concept under thebackground of the new curriculum. But to study teaching evaluationconstructed from a theoretical point of view did not reflect itstrue understanding and the status of implementation of the newcurriculum. Secondly, these studies only for the group of teachers,and the teachers did not classify, therefore we can not to studythe teaching concept of the differences and characteristics underdifferent background.Based on the above understanding, this paper established aresearch topic of comparison and analysis of novice and experiencedconcept of teaching evaluation among high school mathematicsteachers. More specifically, it is said that this paper analyzesand compares the teaching evaluation of mathematics teachers amongnovice and experienced from cognitive, behavioral and practical,etc. based on the Guiyang City High School through a variety ofresearch methods such as interviews, questionnaires, meetingrecords, classroom observation and so on. The basic conclusions of the study are as follows:(1). The two types of teachers can be aware of the promotionof teaching evaluation. For one thing, Novice teachers concernedabout the impact of the evaluation of teaching and teacherdevelopment. For another, experienced teachers pay more attentionto the educational function of teaching evaluation.(2). The teaching evaluation of experienced teachers is deepcomprehensive and diverse ways, and they can be targeted forevaluation according to their own teaching experience. Processingto the teaching material is rich in ideas. Novice teachers teachingevaluation positive attitude, able to work well the new teachingmaterial.(3). These two types of teachers can be evaluated concernsreflected in the classroom. Novice teachers can complete the taskin strict accordance with the teaching goals, but pay less attentionto the students’ subjectivity. They can be flexible master classand focus on students’ ability aim.Through the above conclusion, we analyze the causes of thedifferences between novice and experienced teaching evaluationview of high school mathematics teacher, and put forward to improveopinion.
