The professional development of novice teacher is an important topic in teacher’s professional development. In the professional development of novice teacher study, people always pay more attentions on field teaching activities which are more professional than daily activities which are confusion and recessive. Actually, the complexity of daily activities need higher request of professional ability from teacher and more complicated study from novice teacher. By analyzing and comparing the difference of novice and experienced teachers’teacher-child interaction and behavior, this research focus on the teacher-child interaction of daily activities and try to study the novice and experienced teachers’professional difference, seek the strategy of changing from a novice teacher to experienced one and strive to find the method of teacher-child interaction quality to improve daily activities. In this paper, we combine the the relationship of teacher and child with the comparation of novice and experienced teachers, trying to enrich the theory research and fitting the reality demand of novice teacher development.Both qualitative and quantization methods are used in our study. By using the method of observing, interviewing, quantization grading and qualitative analysis, we make some analysis and comparation to the concept and behavior of daily activities between experienced teacher A and novice teacher B in a bottom class. Research conclusions are as follow:(1) the educational concepts between A and B are agreed. and most of these concepts which are widely accepted by the scholars and experts are affected by the educational reform.(2) the interaction differences between A and B are significant notable. The differences are reflected in constructing the loose and harmonious emotional atmosphere, the sensibility of teacher interaction, the positive expression of expect, the effectiveness of behavior manage strategy and the coherence of regular management.(3) the educational concept and behavior consistency of experienced teacher is higher than the novice teacher’s. The main reasons are as follows:firstly, the novice teachers are lack of experience and their educational concepts are to simple to deepen into educational behavior. Secondly, the novice teachers are lack of effective introspection strategies. Thirdly, some teachers are not good at expressing their feelings because of introverted character. Final, the needs of the leaders and the parents limit the teachers so that the teachers ignore young children principal position.At last, in order to improve the teacher-child interaction concept and behavior of novice teachers in daily activities, the article proposes the following recommendations.(1) Deepening teachers’ knowledge structure so that the teachers’ concept of daily activities are improved.(2) promoting the teachers’ introspection, the introspecting is the one way to make the concept into behavior.(3) open training and professional learning for novice teachers are provided.(4) making specific instructional strategies which based on the CLASS dimension to enhance teachers’ interactive behavior.
