The Study Of Moral Socialization Of College Students Under Social Group Work Model

College students is the outstanding group in youth, and they like the pillars to promotesocial progress. But in recent years, adverse events occurred frequently in campus, caused astrong criticism of social public. Quite a number of college students’ moral behavior appearedlandslide, even made illegal and criminal behavior, and what hidden behind the crime and illegalevents is the lack of moral. Society is formed by individuals, and individuals also in the society,the consciousness and behavior of the individual, driven and influence by society, and what thebehavior of the individual performance through is social potential impact and driving force.Therefore, moral deficiency in college students, shows the influential action on the group ofcollege students of social environment where they live in.In this paper based on the multi-disciplinary theory achievement as the basis, used ofprofessional social work model and method, from the college students’ moral cultivation andmoral internalization of the two aspects, forming a temporary groups to build a moral space, inwhich through discussion topics and specific activities as the way to exploration and researchthe moral socialization of college students scientificly. There are five stages in this study, theyare preparation, start working, transformation, and ending, the whole study fished through threeperiods of activity.At the beginning, members have clarified their own values and moral judgment; In the transformationstage, members can in-depth thinking problem and enter the role; In the phase of the work, the membersthrough empathy to judge moral choices, and realize their own psychological changes in theactivity, internalization of moral field on the influence of their moral consciousness to improvethe moral level; End stage, members can assess their change and grow.So conclusion has been proved that group social work model for the influence of moralsocialization of college students played a substantial positive effect.
