The more in-depth the degree of modernization,the stronger the people's pursuit of spiritual civilization will be,and the moral standards generally required by the society will also be raised.After years of theoretical research and practical exploration,great progress has been made in our country's moral education.However,the current situation of college students' moral education still contains some problems which can not be ignored and are urgently to be solved,both in theory and in practice.Overall,the actual effect of college students' moral education still can not meet the needs of social development and people's progress.The demand and desire of college students to receive moral education can not be fully satisfied.Meanwhile,the moral demands of college students can not be fully realized.This is a contradiction.The formation and construction of the theory of moral education,continuous innovation of moral education are still the key issues of the current university education.Based on the realistic moral life,based on the theory of moral cognitive development and moral psychology,the theory of Moral Quotient is the frontier moral theory of the West.It conducts research on people's moral development based on the position and perspective of human nature and human development laws.Theoretically,it draws the universally accepted moral code of all ethnic groups and religions in the world and highly summarizes the four levels of human moral system in practice,that are,the cultivation of moral cognition,the exercise of moral judgment ability,and the transformation of moral behavior in conformity with it,and ultimately the formation of moral ideals of progressive process and the realization of the path.It emphasizes that the cultivation of moral ability and the cultivation of moral wisdom.It has a very positive reference for the reform and innovation of college moral education in China.This paper aims to explore how to use morality theory to innovate the moral education of college students,and takes the MQ theory and the current status of moral education in colleges and universities as the research object.It contains the main contents of five parts:The first part is introduction.Extensively collecting existing research results and development trends at home and abroad,and based on this research,we have come up with methods and innovations for this paper.The second part is the analysis of the basic theory of MQ.It analyzes in depth the rich connotation,core composing elements and key behavioral features of MQ,and analyzes and correlates them with moral education,intelligence quotient and emotional quotient,and sorts out the basic theoretical basis of MQ.The third part is the analysis of the status of college students' moral education and college moral education.Through the way of questionnaire,this paper comprehensively investigates the MQ level of college students and the present situation of moral education work in colleges and universities.Based on this,it analyzes the causes in depth,and then studies and analyzes the moral conditions that affect the moral education of college students.The key elements of MQ are explored and integrated into the path of moral education for college students to find the entry point.The fourth part is the principles of moral education for college students by MQ theory.The principles of combining sociality and individuality,integration of wholeness and pertinence,combination of orientation and initiative are put forward.The fifth part is the countermeasures to innovate the moral education of college students based on MQ Theory.On the basis of adhering to certain principles,this paper makes a thorough study on six main aspects of moral education work of college students,such as the optimization of the idea of moral education,the perfection of the goal,the enrichment of the content,the expansion of space,the innovation of the way,and the perfection of the evaluation mechanism.Concrete countermeasures are obtained.Through the above research,this paper demonstrates the development of MQ thinking and the exploration of the MQ model will play a crucial role in the realization of the goals of the “set high moral values and cultivate people” in colleges and universities and the realization of the successful needs of college students for personal growth and even adult success.This paper proposes some specific strategies to use moral business theory to innovate moral education for college students.Although some research results have been obtained in this paper,there are still some shortcomings in the evaluation of MQ,such as the design is not scientific and the argument is not enough,which needs further improvement.
