The course of primary information technology is theenlightenment way to building the information literacy and information technologycapacity, related to the future development of each individual, so, it is important tomake the teaching of primary information technology be a good job. Micro lesson isone of the most popular teaching methods in the information age, it can effectivelyimprove the efficiency of teaching at school. The study put improving the efficiency of primary information technology.Combine educational theory, instructional design principles and children’spsychological development theory, analysis the suitability of micro-lesson used inprimary school, and design the case about “keyboard and fingering exercises”teaching design based on micro-lesson. Through the teaching experiment based onmicro-lesson, verify that micro-lesson can improve student’s interest in learning andlearning outcomes, help to improve the pupils’ capabilities of information technologyand information literacy. For the lack of teaching about elementary schoolinformation technology, the author proposes three countermeasures: First, accordingto the need of different types of knowledge to develop the strategy about teachingdesign based on micro-lesson; Second, teaching design based on micro-lesson shouldconsider the impact of other disciplines of information technology; Third, teachingdesign based on micro-lesson should be designed to meet the learning need of all thestudents. Through this study, hope teaching based on micro-lesson can provideeffective solutions to improve the teaching efficiency of primary informationtechnology.
