The main purpose of this study is to explore teachers’ professional identitystatus in jiangxi province colleges and universities, Contrast analysis of the mainproblems of recent ten years and the changes of these problems, And then putforward some countermeasure and the suggestion of improve university teachers’professional identity in jiangxi province.in order to adopt feasible measures topromote the university teachers’ professional development, and promote highercareer development.The results showed that:(1)Colleges and universities in our province highteachers’ professional identity, Positive and optimistic attitude of highereducation,Satisfied with the school work overall, evaluation of teachers’ team isquite high. Focus on reform of higher education, understand the supporting reforms,and the future full of expectation for the development of the school.(2)Along withthe university teachers’ social status, income is relatively lower, University teachers’professional sense of belonging is more and more in our province is not strong;Ethics attention also strengthen problem is increasing day by day. so Teacher’s ethicsconstruction not only two aspects of teachers and schools need to work hard, alsoneeds the improvement of the social environment. As the relationship betweenteachers and students of the new changes, Need to redefine its vocational collegeteachers of "Preaching","knowledge"," solutions". Teachers’ psychologicalproblems should be paid more attention.To solve above problems, this study put forward the following countermeasures:Comprehensively deepen the reform in colleges and universities, and create thesocial atmosphere of respect from; Improve university teachers’ social status Toimprove university teachers’ treatment; To strengthen the ethics education incolleges and universities, to affect students’ noble personality; To enhance collegeteachers can, better teachers shoulder responsibility.
