Since teaching situational specificity and generation of novice teachers, requiringa more mellow novice teachers have to deal with ever-changing professionalcompetence classroom, so teachers’ practical knowledge plays an extremely importantrole in the knowledge of teachers throughout the system.Therefore, this study aims tounderstanding and sharing the formation and development of teaching experience fromthe daily teaching and interpersonal communication, based on previous studies,exploring elements of teachers’ practical knowledge, attention between the variouselements relationship, to reveal how to generate practical knowledge of teachers, howteachers through reflection to enhance and expand to help their professionaldevelopment.The author rooted in a middle school in Lanzhou, through the educationanthropology research paradigm, such as classroom observation, interviews, caseanalysis method, studied the formation process of novice English teachers’ practicalknowledge, understood the characteristics and stutas of teacher’s practical knowledge,and explained the influencing factors of teacher practical knowledge generation, at lastsummarized the general rule of novice English teachers’practical knowledge.Meanwhile, owing novice teachers to accelerate the process of generating practicalknowledge forming the following Suggestions, which improve the school’s teaching andresearch mechanism and relevant security mechanism, establish peers to be utilitarianknowledge sharing mechanism, strengthen the teachers promote the generation ofpractical knowledge through criticism and reflection on teaching ability, etc.
