The time of the novice teachers is the start stage of their development. For teachers, the beginning two or three years they attend work are the most important period during which they can master educational knowledge promptly, have corresponding educational quality and ability and grow up smoothly. But now we study little about the group of the novice teachers, especially, the research on their generation course and rules of their educational knowledge. So it is necessary for us to carry out this aspect of research.I think the course of growing up of novice teachers is the course of mastering and utilizing educational knowledge and qualifying the occupation of teaching. This course can be divided into three stages. The first one is the period of impulse and frustration. The second is the period of smooth review. The third is the period of speeding up the development. Educational knowledge refers to the quality which teachers must have in educational teaching campaign, teaching behavior. It affects its educational idea and educational behavior and decides the effect of its educational teaching. It has the knowledge of direct and notable influence for the students'development of body and mind. Educational knowledge enters the novice teachers'mind by systematic studying, educational practice and other ways. It can help to form the teachers'educational quality and ability. Educational knowledge includes the knowledge that is concerned with the educational organization management, the teaching strategy, the students'development features in body and mind, study theory and other related knowledge.The generation of educational knowledge denotes that on the foundation of reviewing the education in regular normal universities, the novice teachers must experience the following course. First they get the teaching and profession training, then they melt the educational knowledge into the teachers'brain by"learning through doing",but last it can become at their actual ability which will guide their educational teaching consciously. The generation of educational knowledge relies on a series of main kinetic intellectual campaign to complete the understanding of the educational knowledge. It is also under the guidance of forefather's experience to reflect the connection and property of educational objective rule correctly. And it establishes the course of knowing which is consistent with former person's experience appearance in mind. This is the course which is from the special to the general, from the perceptual to the reasonable. It is a course that can abstract the specific things.The author has made a model of educational knowledge generation as"Problem-Review-Insight". The generation course of educational knowledge has three steps mainly. One is the problem we meet in educational teaching practice. The second is to combine knowledge and experience we have had in our brains, then review these problems. The third is to insight the solution of the problem on the foundation of review, melt educational knowledge into brains and complete a generation course of educational knowledge. So in the cycle of"Problem-Review-Insight", the educational knowledge of novice teachers is generated step by step and become rich gradually.
