Qigong is a fine Chinese traditional culture; it is a traditional national activitywhich takes the exercise as the main form, combining the main respiratory medicinesand psychological adjustment. The integration of the draw traditional ChineseConfucian culture, Taoism culture, Buddhist culture and Chinese culture contributedto its development. Qigong has a so immense cultural heritage that make it developand promote the Chinese Health Qigong on the earth and even the nation on earthwhere has a long history by from inherit to innovation. Qigong has some features ofeasy to learn and high-value to exercise which a wide range of people should accept it.But in today’s society, due to the rapid development of politic, economy, culture andeducation, people who desire in chasing high quality of life and keeping a state with afast pace of life pay a little attention to the Qigong exercise, what’s more, the widelyspreading of international cultural do a huge impact Qigong culture by a wide rangeof reasons, so our outstanding national culture is also constrained by the ecologicalenvironment.Human health is the most concerned issue of human beings, and it is also aneternal topic, which is closely related to every person’s life. The reason why Qigonghas achieved so much continuous self-improvement and spread all over the world isthat Qigong not only combines traditional Chinese culture, but also it can enhance theability of skeletal muscle activity by physical activities. Moreover, by the cooperationof breathing and psychological adjustment, it can relax and strong the body. AlthoughQigong has many cultural and body-building function values, its development is stillconstrained by cultural ecology. Thus, by the using of literature, logical analysis andreasoning analysis, this paper will make a deep analysis of the influences of Chinesetraditional Confucian culture, Taoism culture, Buddhist culture and the medicalculture on Qigong, and make a research for the factors as political environment,economic environment, education and cultural environment, social needs environmentand information environment for the development of Qigong, and find out the variousfactors that influence the development of Qigong, making every effort to breakcultural and ecological constraints of Qigong. The study showed that: thedevelopment of Qigong must be combined with its own cultural characteristics and the needs of today’s society body-building culture, generate new cultural adaptation,and break the original cultural ecology; as to the scientification of Qigong’sbody-building function, we should use advanced science and technology, and specificphysiological and biochemical indicators; by the extensive integration of Qigong,preventive medicine and medicine, people can improve their awareness of thefunction of Qigong from the medical point of view. Therefore, by analyzing variousfactors restricting the development of Qigong, cultural adaptation, cultural extension,and cultural scientification to break the limitation of the development of Qigong.
