Study On The Financial Management Of C University In The Process Of Logistics Group Reform

1980s, Chinese universities gradually began logistics socialization reform.1999, theMinistry of Education of the People’s Repulic of China organized four meetings of nationaluniversity logistics.In2000, the national universities have set up logistics economic entities.However,the academic and social theorists don’t pay enough attention to university logisticreform, the study is lagging behind.During the university Logistics socialization process,the national universities generallyintroduced enterprise management mechanism to universities logistics management.Becauseof the special nature of university logistics service object, in the course of business to focuson economic efficiency and welfare of the dual properties, therefore, related to financialmanagement theory can not fully applicable to the university logistics economic entities. Atthis stage, there doesn’t have a mature logistic financial management mode and method,national universities are in the process of exploration.University logistic management systemsgenerally exist some problems,such as:financial management objectives are notclear,unexecute implementation of budget management.Therefore, the study on universitylogistics financial management has an important effect on theoretical and practical aspect.It’simportant to establish a sound financial management of university logistics, and promote thehealthy development of universities.In this paper, combining with the reform of university logistics socialization background,based on the theory of corporate financial management, financial management ofadministrative institutions as the theoretical basis, analyzes the financial management statusof C University logistics, points out the problems of C University logistics group of thefinancial management problems and the causes. Aiming at the existing problems of financialmanagement in C University, put forward some reasonable suggestions and measures. Inorder to improve the financial management of C University logistics, promote the healthy andsustainable development of C University, provide the reference for other colleges anduniversities of our country to perfect logistics financial management system.
