A Study On The Financial Management Tactics Of University Logistics Group

The financial management in university logistics,as a fundamental work,is aprerequisite for the development of the higher education.With the deepening reform ofhigher education in China,there are increasingly obvious drawbacks in terms of themanagement system and operational mechanism of university logistics.It is,therefore,seriously impeding the efficiency of educational management and thedevelopment of the scientific research.Focusing on the financial management of thelogistic corporation in A University,this study initially analyzed the underlyingproblems and then explored the feasible strategies for innovation.This research aims toturn the logistic department in the university into economic entity with a profitable andservice-oriented goal.The result of this study renders some theoretical and empiricalsignificance for the innovation and development of the financial management of logisticcorporation in universities.
