Study On Mode Of Hydropower Energy Management In Colleges And Universities

The application-and-development process of project management, which isdevelop from the traditional ‘management project’ concept to the intermediate‘management via project’ concept, then to the advanced ‘management Projectized’concept. This process fully reflects the ‘management-projectized’ concept isconstantly extended. Therefore, to introduce the advanced model ofproject-management and experience from the international, and apply it into thewater and electricity energy saving work in colleges and universities, which will notonly adapt the reform ideas of rear services in colleges and universities and closerthe saving work to industrial way of management, but also improve the scientificand standardized level of the saving work. This will definitely have a positive impactin the water and electricity energy saving work in colleges and universities.This article summarizes the problems that we are facing in the saving workmanagement, which are lacking of money, rigid system, poor operating mechanismand awareness. Also, it deeply analyses the problems above and puts forward thatproject-management should be implemented in the water and electricity energysaving work.According to the applied research of project management, this article combinesthe content, principle and characteristic of project management with the practical ofwater and electricity energy saving work, and come up with three enforceablemanagement models. After comparing these three models and combining the resultof practical operation in some colleges, it comes to the core idea: a Multi-layermanagement mode based on Quota management of water and electricity is suitablefor energy saving work in colleges and universities. Also, there comes up with somefeasible ways for the mode of project management, which provides train of thoughtfor energy saving work.
