In recent years,China’s social economy has achieved rapid growth,but it is also gradually facing severe environmental problems such as lack of energy consumption and resources.Nowadays,the area of colleges and universities is getting bigger and bigger,university teachers and students and various instruments and equipment will consume more and more energy resources.The energy consumption level of colleges and universities has exceeded the average value of the society,and has become a large energy consumer in the society.Therefore,it is of great significance to implement energy conservation and emission reduction measures in Colleges and universities.This paper combines the current mainstream web development technology and big data technology with intelligent hardware devices,and builds a university energy-saving management and control platform with the main functions of equipment management,data display,energy analysis and energy consumption early warning,so as to facilitate the school management personnel to check the energy consumption of the main buildings and departments in the campus,and formulate the corresponding energy saving plan according to the specific energy consumption data Through the implementation of energy-saving and environmental protection measures,the construction of energy-saving campus is carried out.This thesis mainly studies from the following aspects:(1)The requirements and architecture of the platform are analyzed and designed.Through the investigation and understanding of the school’s energy management and energy consumption data collection equipment,the overall design plan of the platform is determined and the actual functions of the platform are determined.No functional characteristics of the platform put forward requirements,and designed the overall architecture,functional architecture and network architecture of the platform.(2)In the detailed design of the platform,the basic hardware equipment and software technology used in the platform construction are introduced.At the same time,a big data module suitable for the platform is designed and constructed,and then the electric energy prediction model is introduced.The big data module uses the Flume log aggregation system to collect energy consumption data and log information,and transmits the collected data information through the Kafka message queue.After that,the data is counted and processed by Spark Streaming and Spark SQL components.Data storage uses a combination of HDFS file system and MySQL database to improve data storage performance.The electric energy prediction model uses the Holt-Winters algorithm model to predict the electricity consumption of campus teaching buildings.The construction process and prediction results of the prediction model are explained and analyzed.(3)Use Vue.js and Spring Boot and other web development technologies to develop the visualization page of the platform on the PC side.After the platform is implemented,the platform is tested for function,performance and compatibility,and the related content and results of the test are explained.This paper combines smart hardware equipment with big data software technology,and uses Web development technology to design and implement an energy saving management and control platform for university.This platform realizes real time monitoring and statistical display of campus hydropower energy consumption data,which is an energy saving and environmental protection measure for the school.Provide accurate and effective digital basis to realize the construction of a conservation minded campus.
