Nowadays, the industrialization of the higher education becomes more and moreuniversal. The trend of this industrialization makes higher education to be multi–level and multi-forms. With the growing expectation of higher education,thecompetitions between different colleges are becoming fiercely competitive. In orderto satisfy current market demand of high-quality talent and enhance comprehensivecompetitiveness, the colleges make greater efforts on software and hardwareinvestment. Dependence on the traditional system of financial allocations can notsatisfy the capital operation in the colleges, therefore, the investment system ofcolleges turns to be mainly depending on financial allocations, and try variouschannels to raise and accumulate social security funds.Among the social funds which are attracted by the investment opportunity ofhigher education, private enterprises constitute a great proportion. They take part inthe construction and development of higher education, and at the same time, they canalso obtain reasonable return from it, all of these speeds up the industrializationprocess of higher education.According to the research on the theory of private enterprises invested in highereducation at home and abroad, the writer describes the station of this research field inchina as well as Japan and America, and then uses the PEST, SWOT analysis to deepanalyses the advantages and disadvantages of the investment strategy. After that, thewriter gives some suggestions on the investment strategy,such as how to choosecooperator, how to set up the management system, how to make the establishedownership clearly,and how to make the high school distinguished. At the end, thewriter prospects the future of the investment in higher education for privateenterprises, and suggests that the government as well as the private enterprises andhigh school should pay attention to the legal system, supervisory mechanism, whichneeds to improve and strengthen.
