Consequently, their education and growing question have been the focus ofthe public attention. The college students’ ideological and political education, whichaims to improve the college students’ ideological and ethical standards, scientific andcultural qualities, physical and psychological qualities, as well as promote theirall-round development, appears especially important.In the new situation of advocating building a harmonious society, paying attentionto humanistic care and emphasizing on the all-round development of human beings, thehumanistic education thought is a new concept in education activities and an importantmethod for the college students’ ideological and political education. Introducing thehumanistic education thought in the college students’ ideological and political education,insisting human-oriented in education activities and emphasizing on college students’subject status and active function in the education, is not only an important innovationof education theory and practice in the modern society, but also an essential request ofimplementing Scientific Development Concept in education businesses. What’s more,it’s inevitable need that college students’ ideological and political education constantlyadapts to the new situation and the times’ development and gradually moves towardscientific and modernization. It is significant to establish the college students’ideological and political education work well and promote college students’ all-rounddevelopment.At present, the human-oriented thought has gained great attention in all fields. Andin the field of education and scientific research, domestic and international scholarshave made certain achievement in the research on how college students’ ideological andpolitical education complement the humanistic education thought. However, it stillexists certain shortcomings in practice. For instance, during the college students’ideological and political education, the education subject tends to neglect the educationobject’s individual difference and psychological requirement and doesn’t pay muchattention to the college students’ subjectivity and practicality in education activities. Theeducational content lacks of times and pertinence and the educational methods are rathersingle and rigid. Therefore, study on humanistic education thought in the collegestudents’ ideological and political education has a strong realistic significance and alarger extending space in the aspects of theory and practice.This paper attempts to use the methods of literature research, theory research, comparative analysis, induction and synthesis to elaborate the humanistic educationthought’s connotation, value orientation and modern concept performance on the basisof deeply understanding and inducting its origin. This paper discusses the realistic basisof implementing humanistic education thought from the necessity of implementationand the performance of absence in our current college students’ ideological and politicaleducation. And then this paper discusses the humanistic education thought’simplementation in the college students’ ideological and political education and putsforward completely implementing humanistic education thought in four essentialelements of the ideological and political education system, such as education subject,education object, education mediator and education environment. It emphasizesdeveloping the character of teacher’s love in the link of education subject. Thus thispaper expects to improve the effectiveness of college students’ ideological and politicaleducation, as well as more effectively promote the contemporary college students’all-round, healthy and harmonious development. |
