The Research On Construction Of University Campus Culture In Xinjiang

The campus culture is a kind of culture form through the process of the teachingstudying and managing. As a remote minority area, the construction of Xinjiangcampus culture affects the development of Xinjiang universities directly, andimportant to the union, stability and development of Xinjiang society. Therefore, thediscussion of Xinjiang campus theory is significant.This paper is based on the perspective of Marxist philosophy, after summarized thegeneral theories of the campus culture, elaborate the present situation of Xinjiangcollege campus culture construction, point out the existing problems and analyzes thereasons, and then, put forward countermeasures for improving the campus cultureconstruction in Xinjiang universities. Marx’s view and cultural view is the foundationfor our study on campus cultural philosophy, according to this view, from the threeaspects of material culture, system culture, spiritual culture to analysis the problemsof campus culture and its construction. At present, the way of the environment designand construction, the formulation of rules and regulations, implement the behavior ofstudents and strict requirements of Xinjiang universities, starting from the nationalunity, against separatism situation, trying to reflect the socialist ideology and nationalunity education theme, promotes and encourages the formation of reading,harmonious atmosphere, reflecting the "Diversity in Unity", and build the campuscore idea and spirit of the spindle with Xinjiang characteristics gradually. But due tosome reasons there are still many problems, they are mainly include incompletefacilities, imperfect teaching system, less modern management means, richnessculture connotation and the ideology education effect is not obvious, to improvethese problem from the aspects of material culture, system culture, spiritual culture.First of all, to further increase the hardware facilities, create educational environmentplatform, to build construction of human culture and environment harmoniousmaterial culture. Then, continue to establish and improve various rules andregulations, increase the use of modern management methods and means of strength,to build the formation of human and social harmonious system culture. At last, carryforward the spirit of working hard，advancing with the times and culture, try toconcise university spirit, foster national mutual affections between teachers andstudents, strengthening ideological education, to cultivate the harmonious of thespirit of human culture.
