A Study On Campus Culture Construction Of Universities In Southern Xinjiang From The Perspective Of Cultural Self-confidence

Cultural self-confidence is a positive and stable cultural psychological state based on the clear understanding of cultural history,the full affirmation of cultural value and the firm idea of the future of culture.The core of cultural self-confidence is value self-confidence.Campus culture,as a special social culture,is an important part of advanced socialist culture,an important guarantee to enhance the level of running a university and enhance its core competitiveness,and an important force to stimulate the all-round development of university teachers and students.Campus culture construction and cultural self-confidence are closely linked and unified.Cultural self-confidence is an important goal of the construction of campus culture in the new era,and the construction of campus culture is the carrier of enhancing cultural self-confidence.Therefore,from the perspective of cultural self-confidence,exploring the construction of campus culture in Colleges and universities,especially in Southern Xinjiang,is conducive to the realization of the two-way enhancement of campus cultural construction and cultural self-confidence.However,with the development of globalization,marketization and informationization and the impact of multiculturalism,campus culture in Colleges and universities is facing more challenges in cultivating cultural self-confidence.For a long time,"three forces" have dispelled the self-confidence of college students in South Xinjiang in Chinese culture through various ways.The difference in understanding of "pluralism as one" in the concept of campus culture construction has hindered the healthy development of campus culture construction to a certain extent.The social transformation has impacted on the self-confidence of college students in Chinese culture,and has also seriously affected the self-confidence of college students in Chinese culture in South Xinjiang.Although some achievements have been made in the construction of campus culture in Colleges and universities in Southern Xinjiang,there are still some problems to be solved,such as the awareness of cultural subject to be improved,the integrity of Chinese culture to be highlighted,the integration of traditional propaganda methods and new media to be improved.In view of this,the construction of campus culture in Colleges and universities should be based on cultural consciousness,enhance the subjectivity of college students in Southern Xinjiang,realize the transformation from cultural consciousness to cultural self-confidence,and fully realize the historical facts of where Chinese culture comes from,what characteristics it hasand where it will go in the process of vertical,horizontal and comprehensive innovation.To cultivate cultural self-confidence,we should inject Chinese cultural elements into the activities of "three-in,two-in,one-in-one" and form a strong Chinese cultural atmosphere in the exchange and exchange between teachers,students and classmates.We should construct and make full use of diversified campus cultural symbols to strengthen Chinese history and cultural education.
