On The Impact Of University History Archives On Campus Culture Construction

With the improvement of people's archives consciousness in recent years,the status and value of university archives,especially the University history archives are gradually manifested.It is able to provide rich and valuable information resources for the construction of campus culture,and it plays a very unique and critical role in correcting value orientation,highlighting the themes of the times and creating positive culture.Therefore,it is very important to explore the role of university history archives on campus culture construction and how to develop university history archives to promote campus culture construction.In this paper,through document analysis method,case analysis method and investigation method and so on,taking Shandong University as a case and combining with the actual situation from the point of material culture,spirit culture,system culture to discuss the function of university history archives in promoting the campus culture construction.In terms of the construction of campus material culture,campus landscape in colleges in particular humanities landscape sculpture is an intuitive and vivid form to promote the campus culture inheritance,at the same time,university history physical archives are also important resource in the construction of campus culture.In terms of campus system culture construction,the study of history archives can promote modification and improvement of school rules and regulations,and also can learn from university Successful management experience and methods.In terms of the construction of campus spirit culture,the university history archives can promote the construction of excellent school spirit and campus cultural identity,meanwhile,it can promote the formation of good academic atmosphere and stimulate students' innovative spirit,it can spread the campus culture and raise the campus culture grade.It is because of the important role of university history archives,archivists should grasp the pulse of the times and combine theory and practice of research for the development and utilization of history archives.Therefore,the author cast Shandong University as a case and from five aspects to analyze it's advantages,problems and improvement measures,including enriching collection resources,strengthening the construction of university history museums,developing photo archives and personage archives,using modern information technology to enhance user experience,with the purpose of the development and utilization of university history archives,making the school history archives development and utilization work more close to the actual,close to the teachers and students.
