Survey On The Situation Of Tajik Marriage And Family System

Cultural change has been an important research topic in anthropology, sociology,ethnology. Scholars generally believe that the cultural change is caused by somefactors such as contacting with different cultures, cultural transmission, changes inthe ecological environment,etc. The point of the survey is Thar village, and theobject is a local Tajik. Their ecological environment and livelihood patterns havemade a change, the traditional culture, to some extent, has also changed with theaffections of the other nations living around them. This provides a good paradigm forthe cultural change of ethnological research.This article, with the starting point of the changes of family and marriagecustoms of Tajik in Thar township,attempts to explain the unsynchronized culturalchange because of the environmental replacement, marriage and family customs, as asocial and cultural core of, its change and the ecological environment, livelihoodpatterns, mutations and different cultures surrounding the Thar Tajik.In this paper, after the removal of the first field point Thar township andvillage relocation supplemented Thar field before the second point, in order to showthe contrast with each other in the process of social transformation Tajik culturalchange, especially its traditional marriage and family customs and therefore acertain degree of change occurred, but due to strict religious and traditional customsof the constraints of the marriage and family customs still existing, such as marriageceremonies and customs and other aspects of the separation did not ensue dramaticchanges.In general, in affection of the traditional social context, a marriage andfamily customs of most nation have maintained its inherent historical tradition, butin the process of social transformation, as in all aspects of economic, cultural andsocial changes, Tajik some of the traditional culture in society, such as we are talkingabout marriage and family customs will therefore occur in varying degrees of change,which changes the traditional cultural phenomenon is particularly noticeable.The whole paper consists of four chapters, the chapter one firstly reviews thestudies on Tajik and customs of marriage and family, and following there is anoverview of the thesis describes the topic reason, significance, research methods andsurvey points.The second chapter describes the Tajik wedding preparations and processes aswell as do a brief analysis about divorce, remarriage and so on.The third chapter describes the Tajik family model, the custom of the familyseparation, and family members’ relationship.The chapter four shows theoretical analysis and some personal view on thereasons and characteristics of the changes in Tajik’s marriage and family customs.
