Curriculum resources refers to the unique educational value, can convert into theschool curriculum or diverse services to them. Course resource development is thehot topic since the basic curriculum reform begins. Then the reform has sprung uparound China. All kinds of books and related papers were also appeared. The Ministryof Education issued a "Basic Education Curriculum Reform (trial implementation)",In the reform has indicated three-level management and three-level course. So how topositive develop curriculum resources is particularly vital. And it is also a challengefor the new curriculum reform.According to the multicultural educational concept, and the its development indifferent regions, my paper focus on the Baoan areas as personal case study. The mainbody of investigation is the middle school students in three township schools.Through field trips, interview and questionnaire to survey the present situation andproblems of Chinese school-based curriculum resources development in the region,we find in Baoan area is a resource-rich area with course resource. But unfortunatelydue to the lacking in self-awareness, the department of education, school leaders areboth imposing students on too much tests. Also the teachers are lacking theoreticalknowledge, so it result in a serious phenomenon that the development of curriculumresources becomes deficient. The scale of the exploitation is tiny to cope with a check.In a final analysis, the efficient approach is to strengthen the development ofcurriculum resources, improve teachers’ professionalism and broaden youngsters’learning zone.Based on the present situation of the Chinese school-based curriculum resourcesdevelopment in the Baoan area, the author put forward some improved strategies withrespect to its influence factors. He thinks that in order to develop Chineseschool-based curriculum resources in Baoan area. First of all, the educationdepartment should strengthen the consciousness of course resources, then the schoolwill pay more attention to it. Second, as the administrator of a school, the principalshould certain planning to school-based curriculum, and strengthen the construction of the school culture, let the school-based curriculum resources as a window for thedevelopment of school culture. Finally, the language teachers, who are the main bodyof curriculum resource development, must have the professional theoreticalknowledge and practical skills. They need to combine the needs of students with thecharacteristics of the local resources, developing the Chinese school-based curriculumresource with education value, in order to improve themselves and the students’Chinese accomplishment. Also we hope that through this article research can providesome theoretical and practical reference to the language teacher to implementschool-based curriculum resources.
