With the development of era, our society is increasingly taking on a look of multi-culture. Multicultural education is an international movement dating from 1960s and 1970s, and has developed into an educational idea in the past century in the West. Multicultural curriculum is an important approach to multicultural education and inevitably a choice for preschool education in the minority areas of our country. First, this study interpretation of Tujia culture, and then extract the educational value in it. On this basis, thinking the development of kindergarten multicultural curriculum resources in theoretical, attempt to build a ideal state for kindergarten multicultural curriculum resources exploitation.Focusing on the development of multicultural curriculum resources in the minority areas, this study takes multicultural curriculum resources exploitation of a kindergarten in Tujia's as a case to investigate and analyze the multicultural curriculum resources exploitation by using multiple methods, such as documentation, analysis, interview, observation and so on. Research found:the orientation of the curriculum exploitation goals is unclear; the selection of curriculum exploitation contents and approaches of curriculum exploitation are unitary. Based on it, this research analyzes the impact factors of multicultural curriculum resources exploitation on kindergartens, analysis shows that:Kindergarten teachers, the principal of nurseries and kindergartens and cultural factors within the child care parents and higher education administrative departments and other external factors kindergartens were affected in varying degrees multicultural kindergartens curriculum resources exploitation.Based on interpretative understandings in case study and relevant theory, this thesis reflects the condition of kindergarten multicultural curriculum in our minority areas from contents selection and approaches of curriculum exploitation, and proposes some suggestions about setting up multicultural idea; clear goals setting; enriching curriculum exploitation contents and expanding approaches of curriculum exploitation and so on.
