Rural migrant workers is a new group that is emerging in the process ofindustrialization. They have made a great contribution to our rural development,urban construction and the modernization of our country. In China, rural migrantworkers mainly do highly dangerous, polluted and heavy workload jobs which requireworkers’compensation insurance to protect the workers.However, the statistics showsthat percentage of rural migrant workers having joined workers’ compensationinsurance over its population is very low.On December20,2010, the state councilmade on amending “Ordinances of Industrial Injury Insurance" decision, new“Ordinances of Industrial Injury Insurance" in January1,2011, the establishmentand implementation of the work-related injury insurance system in China rose to anew level,but at present our country has not formed a set of specially suitable formigrant workers, the industrial injury insurance of industrial injury insurance systemof migrant workers still exists many problems.The establishment and implementationof the peasant workers industrial injury insurance system would accelerate the processof China’s urbanization and industrialization. It would not only be conducive tosafeguard the peasant workers’ legitimate rights and interests,but would also be evenmore conducive to the long-term reform goals of the social securitysystem.Therefore,we choose the subject of migrant workers’ work-related injuryinsurance as the research topic of this paper.The full text develops with the following route:propose a question,analyze thequestion and solve the question.The dissertation is focusing on the object ofstudy:Ordinances of Industrial Injury Insurance so as to find the concrete Problemsexisting in Industrial Injury Insurance System in China，analyze the key problems andpropose the concrete suggestions on the complete Industrial Injury InsuranceSystem.This dissertation consists of three chapters, main points of which are asfollows:Chapter1Summary.This chapter mainly explains the related concepts of theindustrial injury insurance system of China，points out the importance of research onrural migrant workers’ compensation insurance.Then it makes a detailed and objective analysis of advancing front of rural migrant workers’ compensationinsurance.Chapter2mainly introduces the industrial injury insurance legal system in Chinaand analyzes the present situation of existing defect. Then discusses the necessity andcurrent situation of migrant workers’ work-related injury insurance.After that,itanalyzes the existing problems of China’s migrant workers’ work-related injuryinsurance and the bad influences of these problems,the problems involves thecognitive dilemma,barriers to implementation and system defects.Chapter3gives some advice to perfect rural workers’compensation insurance.The countermeasures include the following aspects,such as improving the quality ofmigrant workers, strengthening the responsibility of enterprises，strengthening thefunctions of the government,simplify the procedure of industrial injury cognizanceapplication, increase compensation level for rural migrant workers and set upindustrial injury precaution and recovery.
