CUBA and CUBS League is Chinese University Sports Association director, isthe university sports the same project with a system, is for the development of collegebasketball, basketball talents as the ultimate goal. But two big league nomutualcooperation, complement each other, their distinctive characteristics,contradiction, in the selection of athletes, coaches and enrollment introductionand management, student athletes’ management there are many problems to besolved.3.
