Study On The Infuencing Factors Of CUBA And CUBS League's Development

Because of strong irritation, high antagonism and high appreciative value, basketball has been well received by the people in whole world all the time. Having gone through it's development for more than 100 years, basketball has already had a solid person and culture foundation in China. With Yao Ming and Yi Jianlian's success performance in NBA, basketball takes the fancy of more and more people.However, because of influencing by original system, the competitive basketball level of our country has been met the bottleneck period for development during the past 20 years. Since the 1990s of last century, our country's sports, educational undertaking reform efforts have been strengthened, the development path of " the combination of sports and education " is paid attention to more and more by people, university's competitive sports of our country enters fast developing period too. In 1998, CUBA basketball league was formally unveiled by China University Basketball Association, university basketball games sweep across China, and become beautiful scenery together with culture of the campus of basketball. After 11 years of development, CUBA has been already the largest basketball league at present in China.October 2004, in order to further improve the sports level of the university basketball of our country, to expand the cultivation channel of the reserve talents of basketball game in China and to perfect the leagues operation ways at all levels and management system, Federation of University Sports of China and China Basketball Association jointly created a wholey new league called China University Basketball League (short for CUBS). The introduction of CUBS, not only has promoted the development of university's athletics sports, but also the policy that better implementation " combination of sports and education". With research approaches such as literature consultation, expert interviews, the investigation method of the questionnaire, mathematical statistics method,etc., This paper firstly study on the domestic and foreign environment of CUBA and CUBS, then the developing the guidelines and target planning to CUBA and CUBS, the two major universities' basketall league.Then determine the main influencing factors of CUBA and CUBS' development, and find out the problems in CUBA and CUBS evolution through draw lessens from the successful experiences of NCAA.The conclusion that must happen finally is: 1. The educational and sports reforms of our country, have offered the good development environment for CUBA and CUBS; Development guidelines of CUBA and CUBS and target planning accord with the demands for competitive sport development of basketball of our country, accord with the law of development of sports of university's sports of our country too. 2.The institutional framework in mechanism of management of CUBA and CUBS can not be set up sound enough; The administrative structure is single, divide the work carefully enough in the organization; Manage legal construction and remain to improve. 3.The contest systems of CUBA and CUBS are unable to meet the development requirement of university's basketball of our country; The two have not considered the variety of the university of our country, will race in the sports universities and colleges with higher competence and keep outside of the door; Exchange scarcely between the two, there is no complementarity, cause the waste of tournament resources; The two in have match to be session little at contest grade, match density assign the unreasonable phenomenon. 4.The fund input of CUBA and CUBS was strengthened year by year, but the source channel is single, have not really set up suitable and one's own industrialization, market-based development model yet. 5.Form a whole set of scientific and normal athlete choose, enroll new students the procedure yet; Every entrant team generally learn to train the contradiction problem unresolvedly; Have not unified the norm in incentive mechanism of every entrant team. 6.The propotion of the professional background full-time coach is increasing. However, it has not yet formed a scientific set of coaches selection, recruitment, assessment and evaluation system.
