Study On The Optimization Of Management System Of Chinese University Students Basketball League Matches

With the development of sports undertakings and educational undertakings in our country,the development of sports and sports has been further deepened,and the competitive sports of colleges and universities in China has entered a period of rapid development.CUBA and CUBS league in their respective years of development in the2015-2016 season for the first time to achieve the merger of the league,together constitute the Chinese college basketball league,to the combination of the direction of the body has taken a crucial step.The research method of this paper is based on the needs of the research content,mainly using the literature research method,interview method,questionnaire survey and comparative analysis.By collecting the relevant research data of CUBA and CUBS,the latest research results of related research at home and abroad,based on the literature research,put forward the preliminary theoretical framework and the research model.Participate in the CUBA and CUBS athletes,coaches and college students and teachers to conduct a questionnaire survey and interviews to collect comments and suggestions.In addition,through the comparative analysis of the influencing factors of CUBA and CUBS and the internal management factors of the participating universities,this paper analyzes the reasons of league merger.In this paper,the background and significance of the development of the two leagues are expounded,and the reasons for the merger of the two leagues are analyzed by comparing the aspects of the external environment,the development of the league system and the development of the participating colleges and universities.But also in the process of comparative research using multi-center governance theory will affect the factors according to different subjects classification,including the development of the external environment of the main body of the league,the main management of the league,the main body of the competition,the interaction between different subjects,interaction,mutual restraint,Jointly decided the pace of development of the league,only the common development of the various subjects inorder to promote the Chinese college students basketball league's good development.
