College Students Cultivation Of The Spirit Of The Rule Of Law Issues Research

With the development of China’s education industry and popular groups fromhigher education, the group of the University’s Higher Education from the social elitetraining into to the social group of quality training. Standardize education to changesin the legal quality culture as an important part of university legal education, but alsoby the previous method of imparting knowledge and method. However, the practiceof legal education in Chinese universities, for the spirit of the students’ legal culturein this regard has not received widespread attention. The cultivation of collegestudents’ spirit of the rule of the university has become an important part of qualityeducation. Therefore, on the theory and practice are obviously ill-prepared, thecultivation of the spirit of the students’ legal now mainly confined to the classroomform of teaching and a rough understanding of the legal basis, these are clearly forthe cultivation of college students’ spirit of the rule of law is not enough, and coversonly one aspect of the college students’ spirit of the law. It is necessary to build asocialist country under the rule of law and the acceptance of the law knowledge tothe colleges has a direct impact on the legal spirit cultivations.This paper starts with the concept of legal spirit, and does a more completedescription about the importance of legal spirit cultivations. At the same time, we doa questionnaire to find out the problems existing in colleges’ legal spirit cultivationsand then analyze the influence factor. On this basis, this paper is pointed out that themain ways to cultivate the spirit of the rule of law cultivation to college students.Firstly, classroom teaching is the main channel to inspire college students from thewhole sense of self-nurturing. Secondly, the theme of the law publicity and culturalactivities should be carried out on campus. Thirdly, the legal practice activitiesshould be launched to create the experience opportunity of legal acts. Fourthly, thecampus rules of law civilization should be enhanced to build a good campusnurturing environment. Fifthly, it is necessary to construct multilateral force interaction of college students under the social environment of legal spiritcivilizations.
