Research On The Formation Of Minor Legal Consciousness

The author interprets legal consciousness from a philosophical and psychological perspective,and summarizes the four core elements of legal consciousness on the basis of predecessors.The basic framework of this paper is based on the four core elements which are legal cognition,legal emotion,legal will and legal belief,and four basic studies are set up:First of all,after solving the problem of what legal cognition is and how it is formed,the author analyzes the formation of legal cognition of minors,and finds that they are lack of interest in traditional law classes and they rely on empirical materials to conduct legal cognition,and show the characteristics of one-sided evaluation of legal events and low level of cognition.We should optimize the teaching methods and guarantee their learning enthusiasm by constructing interesting law classes.And we should also optimize the teaching content,systematize the legal knowledge,help them to construct the cognitive convergence point,and make their cognitive activities more efficient.What's more,we should optimize the teaching evaluation,establish the most suitable test questions for the characteristics of legal knowledge,guide their comprehensive evaluation of legal events in a scientific way,and promote the development of legal cognition.Secondly,after solving the problem of what legal emotion is and how it is formed,the author analyzes the formation of legal emotion of minors,and finds that the current cultivation mode of awe emotion is out of balance.They have a mindset of "law is punishment" and lack positive legal emotion experience,showing generally negative legal emotion.We should clarify the training objectives,attach importance to the cultivation of minors' consciousness of rights,eliminate the mindset of "law is punishment",increase minors' positive legal emotional experience,and promote the accumulation of positive legal emotional.In addition,after solving the problem of what legal will is and how it is formed,the author analyzes the formation of the legal will of minors and finds that their legal will is of low quality and there is a serious disconnection between knowledge and practice due to one-sided legal cognition and negative legal emotion.Therefore,we should give full play to the positive effect of legal cognition and legal emotion on legal will,do a good job in exercising the legal will of minors,set the most suitable way of exercising the will of their own quality,and start from trivial matters to promote the formation of legal will.Then,after solving what the legal belief is and how it is formed,the author analyzes the formation of legal belief of minors,and finds that due to their development order of "cognitive-emotion-will-action" is blocked and the lack of law practice,their legal belief has not yet formed.So we should ensure the development sequence,increase law practice of minors,and promote the formation of legal belief.Finally,based on the above four studies,the author summarizes and solves the problem of how to form legal consciousness,and puts forward the concept of legal consciousness growth file of minors,and puts legal emotion,legal will,legal belief and legal cognition at the same important position to achieve the all-round cultivation of minors' legal consciousness and promote the formation of minors' legal consciousness.
