On The Legal System And The Educational Benefits Of College Students

Since the Basic Course in Law set up in higher educational institutions by the original State Educational Committee in 1986,colleges and universities have undertaken not only purposeful,programmed with formal and compulsory teaching of law to college students ,but also various and flexible forms of second class teaching such as activities of the CPC,the league .It's hoped that college students should have higher quality of law,However,investigation shows college students quality of law is inadequate and benefits in legal education is low.The causes are not only lack of investment ,but also lack of an environment of rule by law.,The improper position and content of the course in the teaching practive in higher institutions are responsible for its lack of actural effects. The degree of effects of college legal education is directly related to whether colleges and universities are able to foster qualified talents,and is also related to the practice of ruling our country with law.we should endeavour to set up a scientific and superior circulating mechanism of legal education,improve the school environment,reinforce the reform of the Basic Course in Law and perfect the envaluating system of of legal education so as to improve the effects of legal education to college students.
