Backgrounds:Nowadays the character of triple jump technique is itswide extent,flat gravity center moving track and fast speed of runningup and triple jumps. The main teaching method for beginners to learntriple jump is demonstration and freehand exercises. Because it isdifficult for freehand exercises to effectively control the force direction oftriple jumps and the range of motion,the practitioner can not feel theexertion of actively kneeling from the air. So it is hard for beginners tograsp the standard triple jump technique. The result is the decline ofteaching effectiveness of triple jump technique,and the time for studentsgrasping triple jump technique is much longer.Objective:Through assisted teaching and method of sports engineeringtechnology to overcome many problems,such as the defect of theteaching method of traditional triple jump,the inactiveness of backwarddriving from the air,the insufficiency of landing backward driving, thelarge take-off angle and the excessive gravity center fluctuation of triplejump. Standard technical action will accelerate the study procedure ofthis sport.Methods: literature method,experimental method,logical method,mathematical statistics method. Results: After8-week teaching experiment,1)The maximum anglebetween the legs of hop,leap and jump when supporting kicking straightin the experimental group is much better than that in the control group(P<0.01);2) The maximum extensor angle of ahead driving when hopand leap in the experimental group is much better than that in thecontrastive group (P<0.01);3) The knee angle of hop and leap whenthe end of backward driving in the experimental group is much betterthan that in the contrastive group(P<0.01);4) The take-off angle ofhop,leap and jump in the experimental group is much smaller than thatin the contrastive group(P<0.01);5) The hip moving angle when hopand leap in the experimental group is much better than that in thecontrastive group(P<0.01);6) The instantaneous velocity of Emptydriving when hop and leap in the experimental group is much better thanthat in the contrastive group(P<0.01);7) The instantaneous velocity ofjumping of hop, leap and jump in the experimental group is much betterthan that in the contrastive group(P<0.01).Conclusion: Sports Engineering method,applied in Strengthen teachingof Sports Engineering Technology, can significantly improve theinitiative when beginners make every jump of the triple jump. The heightof take-off will be lessened. The gravity center working range will benarrowed. The sport range will be increased. The efficiency ofmechanical action will be improved. The technical action will be normed. The learning process of sport skills will be accelerated.
