It includes the cultural value the firm belief of cultural vitality about people. The eighteenth report of CPC point out that setting the height of the cultural self-consciousness and cultural self-confidence to move forward grand goal of the construction of socialist culture power. Today, the world of the comprehensive national strength competition is talented person’s competition. It needs a lot of cultural talents for the construction of cultural power. College students, as a state future and a national hope, are shouldering the historical responsibility to make national rejuvenation and country prosperity. It is the era development needs and the comprehensive development needs for college students to cultivate college students’ cultural confidence.
