"Sports for all","sunshine sports", the idea of "lifetime sports" is popularized in (?) counntrv. people also to the "movement" is more and more attention. Visually impaired people as a special group in our country, there are mostly low self-esteem, autistic, bad feelings of anxiety, sports not only to achieve the effect of physical fitness, however, at the same time help the visually impaired students to overcome self-abased psychology, improve depression, make visual impairment can better integrate into social life. Legal break in our country at present stage has accumulated up to114days, and summer and winter vacations every year, visually impaired students’ time to rest as much as170days throughout the year, plenty of spare time for visually impaired students choose activity and the development of self created the conditions, use of after-school time to carry out sports activities become one of research hot topic, so this paper research the present situation and problems of visually impaired students extracurricular sports activities, and then to improve the visually impaired students provided a reference for sports teaching.Based on visual impairment school students of tianjin as the research object, using literature study, investigation questionnaire, first of all, in this paper, through literature research in view of the paper summarizes the related theory in this paper, as to provide theoretical basis for this study, secondly, through the questionnaire investigation method to survey was conducted among80students of visual impairment in tianjin school, through the investigation of visual impairment in our country school extracurricular sports development in-depth understanding, through the investigation the following results:Tianjin visual impairment school students to participate in extracurricular sports activities attitude analysis:first, tianjin visual impairment school students extracurricular sports activities will generally low, compared with boys and lower grade students extracurricular sports activities of the hospital is higher than girls and secondary schools, vocational students; Second, primary school students extracurricular activity main motivations for "entertainment" education, senior mainly for "fitness" and "improve hearing and feeling system," again, visual impairment in tianjin school students to participate in "morning exercises lesson hold and sport activities" extracurricular sports activities as a whole more actively, and in gender and grade.For visually impaired students extracurricular sports activities behavior research, the following conclusions:first, in view of the kinds of research to participate in extracurricular sports activities, most students choose to participate in sports to item1~3,"table tennis""goal kick""jump rope""dance" is visually impaired students more favorite extracurricular sports activities, choose different sports at the same time because of gender differences, boys tend to table tennis, football; Girls love project for dance, junior student prefer jumping rope, games, at the same time; Second, the time for extracurricular sports activities for research, surveys of tianjin visual impairment school students to participate in extracurricular sports activities each week with low frequency, at the same time as the growth of the grade of extra-curricular activities frequency decrease; At the same time ex-curricular sports activities most of30-60minutes.Finally, in view of the student extracurricular sports activities, the factors which influence research results show that the "lack of interest in sport";"Lack of time";"No participation of partners, and the lack of social understanding of people with disabilities and care". Within the scope of "life" the lack of suitable for extracurricular sports venues, become the main factor of visually impaired students participate in extracurricular sports activities.
