The Cultivation Of College Students’ Peer Groups Cooperation Consciousness During The Period Of Social Transformation

Today’s society is a cooperative society.In order to achieve the common interests,every countries, every regions and between people and people need to carry out extensive and in-depth cooperation.Therefore,the cooperation consciousness is significant.As the God’s favored one,college students need to cultivate the cooperative consciousness,it has the extremely important practical significance for them to face their future work or handle the interpersonal relationship.China is in the key period of social transformation, various kinds of new situation, new problems emerge in an endless stream.These new situations or new problems both have a positive effect and negative effect,it will impede the cultivation of college students’ cooperative consciousness.This paper is based on the social transition period as the background, using the college students’peer group cooperation consciousness as the starting point, analyzing the characteristics and changes of College Students’ peer group collaboration consciousness, and proposing the countermeasure to develop college students’ peer group cooperation consciousness.The paper is divided into three parts:The first part mainly on making a theoretical discussion to the College Students’ peer group and cooperation consciousness and giving the definition of the college students’ peer groups, cooperation consciousness and under the perspective of sociology and psychology.The college students’peer group is refers to the groups which have the same psychological identity and behavior pursuit in age, interests, professional background, academic pursuits and the values.It is an interpersonal group formed by free association.The cooperation consciousness is referring people take the cooperation as achieving the common goal to take the working together action.This action is a cognitive of psychological and emotional.The cooperation consciousness includes the recognition of the cooperative goals and cooperation mode,the tolerance of the various contradictions and differences that may arise in the process of cooperation,the inclusion of partners and the recognition of the results of the cooperative.By the definition of the concept of the college students’peer groups and the cooperation consciousness to explore the specific content of the cooperation consciousness and the cultivation of college students’ peer group cooperation consciousness,which regularity it contained. So it can provides a strong support for the exploration of the path of cultivation of college students’peer group cooperation consciousness during the period of social transformation in the third part.The second part mainly explains the changes of the students’ peer groups in ideology, the way of communication,college students’ peer group subculture and other aspects during the period of social transformation.Giving the analysis and summary of existing research related to the results of the survey and making the general analysis of what are the influencing factors about the cultivation of college students’ peer groups cooperation consciousness during the period of social transformation.The third part is the exploration of the path of cultivation of college students’peer group cooperation consciousness during the period of social transformation.The specific measures include the following three aspects:First,the university should strengthen the cooperation consciousness education,improve the formation of "cooperation" teaching mode, carry out cooperation activities,and the improve the "cooperative" campus culture;Second,the college students’peer groups should strengthen the experience of cooperation practice.It includes the enhancement of each other’s identity and cohesion, from "virtual" communication to "real relationship" communication and the formation of equal cooperation interpersonal intercourse;Third,Building the social collaboration environment in the society.
