Unified boarding life makes peer group as an important factor that affect college students’ learning attitude influencing the students’ learning attitude, and more and more profound the peer group influence on the young college students with age. Adolescent students will obtain proper self evaluation and positive social identity by comparing with the peer groups around. In the process of this kind of comparison, peer groups’ attitude is like a huge psychological field, to affect each individual in the group.Through carding those relevant concepts of college students’ peer groups and learning attitude, the article analyzed the influence of peer groups on college students’ learning attitude by using the empirical method, 245 students from colleges in Xu Zhou to be surveyed and 12 students under deep-interview. The data Analysis by SPSS17.0 founds that peer groups do influence the college students’ learning attitude from three aspects in cognitive level, emotional experience and behavioral intention by studies, and there are differences in gender, grade, major. The study also found that the opinion leader of peer groups act as the "gatekeeper" to play a key role in leading the learning attitude of a group.In order to overcome the negative influence of peer groups on college students’ learning attitude, this paper argues to make efforts from the two aspects of colleges and students: On the one hand, colleges should pay attention to the influence of peer group on college students’ learning attitude, then build a Learning Community; colleges also should strengthen the construction of study style to create a positive learning "field"; on the other hand, college students should establish a good view of making friends, choose the appropriate social comparison coordinate, and they should strengthen the sense of identity, be rational to obtain social identity.
