Female employment is important in a society perspective of women’s economic rights and social status of women is an important way to acquire and retain property rights, but also to achieve gender equality, improve the status of women prerequisite, it will affect the stability of society and development. As a woman in the most representative group, the proportion of women in society College-educated women employed in growing their career choice will become an important branch on behalf of the community of women’s career choices.
