With the rapid development of economy and society, education needs thetransformation development to make better service and support,the beginningteacher training also needs to the reform. The "beginning teacher training inShanghai primary and middle schools" project began in2012,mainly exists forgraduated from normal college or other relevant professional higher college, andfirst taught in school, the object means how to correctly understand the teacher inthe new teachers working characteristics and occupation value, how to interpretthe materials they become lesson plans, and how teachers can communicate withstudents effectively and manage the class, how to evaluate the students.Thetraining contents refinement of four modules of18points, each point has specificrequirements, training methods and process.This training requirements theprocess of these18points to complete the task, the process of recording andevaluation of results are all reflected in the apprentice training manuals,which isa teacher training and entry registration based on.The beginning teachers just work as a teacher, and first taught in school,they are students before, their main task is to study, and now they become teacher,the main task is to teach. In the role transition they will encounter variousproblems and difficulties, the induction training should pay attention to thesolution. Teachers training is to let the beginning teachers adapt to the job, finishto qualified teachers, excellent teachers of transition and leap. This paperdiscusses the appropriateness of80after the initial teacher training from theconcept, form and method and personnel qualiifcation through the questionnairesurvey and the interview.The object of induction training is to make teachers know the school, how toshorten the initial stage,work well more quickly. In order to make the effectbetter,the author also puts forward some suggestions, the induction training needto understand the beginning teacher further more, who the training programmeconforming to; arrange training courses and content reasonable, and carry outvarious forms in the range of personnel and resources; establish tolerance equalpartners between trainers and trainees, all this mentioned above can ensure a smooth transition for the early beginning teachers. Thinking about teachereducation after talking about vocational education, we will ifnd that, teacher’slearning stage is also very important, teacher education should pay attention totraining of the essence of education and the education of personality, creating anon utilitarian environment, which can make preparations for the initial stage, allthis will enable the professional development of teachers.
