Research Status Of Teeball In Changzhou Beijiao Middle School

Based on the present situation of tee ball in Changzhou Beijiao High School, thisresearch is conducted to develop students’ interest in the sport as well as their PE contentand spare-time life. Meanwhile, it provides valuable theoretical basis for instructionalmodels of physical education. With a variety of concrete methods such as literature andmathematical statistics reference, expert interview, and questionnaire, this article has madea thorough survey. The related results are as follows. Combined with club activities duringbreak time, the school-based curriculum of teeball in Beijiao High School enriches thecontent of physical education, enabling some students to get involved in the learning andfuture training willingly. So far, in the form of sectional teaching according to students’aptitude, Beijiao High School has made great achievements in tee ball courses, which laysa good foundation for long-term development of the school-based curriculum in the future.What’ more, with the combination of teachers’ and students’ assessment, the teachingevaluation takes students’ individual difference into careful consideration, which not onlyshows students’ independency, but also meets the curriculum requirements. In a word,through the study of teeball course, students are likely to enrich their life as well asstrengthen their body, thus doing good to their lifelong physical education.At the same time, there still exist some problems in the tee ball course. To begin with,for the lack of expenses, the facilities cannot satisfy the needs of teaching. Besides, due tothe dull form of organization, relatively short class period and out-of-date evaluationmethod in the school-based curriculum, students’ knowledge and involvement is limited.Furthermore, the figure of teachers with senior professional title is low, among which thoseexpert in baseball accounts for the least. Therefore, the professional structure in this fieldcannot meet the demands of tee ball development.To improve the present situation, some suggestions are listed. First of all, advertisingshould be strengthened to create a good social effect. Then, great importance is supposedto be attached to the input of facilities and faculty members. In addition, with the development of teaching style together with school-based curriculum, the system ofteaching evaluation is likely to be improved, let alone the project communication.
