Vocational students are the backbone in the future development of labor andtechnical force. These students represent the state of the ideological and moral qualitiesrelated to China’s economic construction, political construction, cultural construction,social construction and ecological civilization construction, all of which directly affectsthe national improvement of the quality of social civilization and progress. Currently,secondary vocational school students and general high school students as a whole areconsistent in both ideological and moral qualities. In general, they are consistentregarding the requirements of social development. However, with younger students,immaturity, instability, and vulnerability to adverse external environmental interferenceare highly susceptible. Some students display unsatisfactory performance in high school,which results from developing bad habits during this period and many times these habitsprogress into a worse habit as they transition into adulthood. Teachers usually neglectthese students, which in turn debilitate students with behavioral problems generallycharacterized by severe inferiority complex and low self-esteem. In summary, this is theideological and moral aspect of facing this particular issue.The first part of this article was based on a survey conducted on secondaryvocational school students. The results of the survey carried out an objective analysis,which introduces the status quo of their ideological and moral qualities and bothpositive aspects of the sun. However, it also details relatively inadequacies. Section tworelates information from the community, schools, families, and their own vocationalstudents in four areas. It also highlights meticulous excavation and the transformation ofsecondary vocational students ideological and moral qualities of the problem. The thirdpart of the school moral education depicts innovative ideas to strengthen the professional ethics of the teaching staff, which in turn optimizes the ideological andmoral quality of education. The introduction of paramilitary forces management modedetailed analysis of the four aspects of vocational education student’s ideological andmoral qualities of an effective response. To explore the ideological and moral qualityand moral quality of vocational students to develop countermeasures, moral process ofendogenous and external unity, followed by his law of growth toward self-disciplinewas visited. This effectively to strengthen ideological and moral quality educationprovides practical guidance for secondary vocational school students.
