As the state educational requirements, campus cultural construction of theschool’s attention is also increasingly strengthen the campus spiritual culture conduciveto promoting schools take the connotation of development, but also conducive tospecialty schools educating people to realize the characteristics of education topromote student-round development, and ultimately the quality of the schoollegislation, strong school culture.In this study, a questionnaire survey of teachers through in-depth interviews andschool administrators to understand the current situation of Chongqing X ElementarySchool campus cultural construction, and discover deficiencies in Chongqing XElementary School campus spiritual culture exists, thus propose some solutionsstrategy.In this study, the survey found that there are a number of problems XElementary School:Schools on how to make the campus to promote the spiritual andcultural development of the school connotation lack of knowledge;Campusconstruction of a lack of spiritual and cultural areas, community history and culture,school culture, school history and cultural background of excavation; participation incampus cultural construction and inadequate teacher evaluation criteria campuscultural construction material to build the campus culture as the main reference object.Based on the author’s research and analysis, this study suggests that to achievegood results in the spirit of the campus culture, the need to do this severalways:Improve monitoring and evaluation mechanisms campus cultural construction;establish long-term mechanism spiritual teachers to participate in campus culturalconstruction; build there are regional, community, school spirit historical and culturalfeatures of the campus culture; actively explore the campus to promote school spiritand cultural connotation of development strategy and so on.Finally, I believe that the spiritual and cultural studies elementary school buildinghas a high practical significance, but its capacity is limited, resulting in this studyChongqing X Elementary School as research samples, a narrow range. Meanwhile, dueto its lack of theoretical knowledge in the thesis writing process, but also deeply effectiveness depth investigation and discussion of strategic issues have manyshortcomings, the need to improve and perfect closer.
