Study On The Access To Integrating Red Culture Into The Constr Uction Of College Campus Culture

In recent years, the Central Committee of the CCP paid attention tothe construction of culture. The repot delivered at18thNational Congresspointed out that culture is the blood and soul of the Chinese nation andthe spiritual homeland. Red culture is both the natural composition oftraditional Chinese culture rooted in China and an important componentof Chinese advanced culture. The construction of college campus cultureis an ingredient to college development and college students’ qualityeducation. Integrating red culture into college campus culture can notonly enrich the latter but also benefits ideological and political educationon campus. Red culture is the culture base of the socialism core valuesystem, which avails the construction of college campus culture leadingby the socialism core value by the integration. Therefore, it is of greatsignificance to integrating red culture to the college campus culture.After the reform and opening-up, all kinds of culture flooded intoour country. The eastern and western thought come together and clash.College students are in a key period of value formation, thus collegesneed a scientific, healthy, and efficient advanced culture to educate andguide the students. It is necessary to realize the harmonious constructionof campus culture by integrating red culture into campus culture. Theessence and starting point to the integration is to find the approaches.This article analyzes the red culture status and problems of theintegration through investigation, and studies the approaches of it.Specifically, this article involves the following three aspects: basicresearch, empirical research and countermeasure research. First, in thepart of basic research, the author summarizes the concept andcategorization of red culture and campus culture, focusing on thecharacteristics of college campus culture. Second, in the part of empiricalresearch, the author takes colleges in Huhhot, Inner Mongolia as researchobject to do the questionnaire under the help of spss software, knowing that red culture has a closely connection with the daily life of collegestudents by the investigation, in which most college students hold apositive attitude with the integration, but some problems existing still, forexample, the lack of recognitions of red culture, and the dilemma duringthe integration process, etc. Third, in the part of the countermeasureresearch, the author aiming at the problems and dilemma existingproposes effective actions based on the empirical research. We shoulddeepen the understanding of integrating red culture into campus culture,and seek the approaches both material campus construction andspiritually construction to improve the mechanism of the college campuscultural construction.
