Today, he Group cooperative learning is one of the most important theories in the education theory of the world. The group cooperativelearning is popular after the new curriculum reform in China. Group cooperative learning is the learning that composed the form of heterogeneity in the group team, division of labor and cooperation, thus achieve the learning goal. Social life is the contact widespread, it needs to cooperate with each other to complete work task and achieve work target. Group cooperative learning will play a key role in both improve grades and on the cultivation of the cooperate ability. Therefore, the study of group cooperative learning plays a great significance.Throughout the domestic and foreign research on group cooperative learning, there are several kinds as follows:first, it is the pure group cooperative learning. Second, it is the practical group cooperative learning, third, it is the relationship with a theoretical study of the group cooperative learning. In this respect, I have collected the relationship between the group cooperative learning with the achievement goal orientation、the relationship between the group cooperative learning research with the academic self-efficacy on the internet. I have found there is no research on the relationship of three systems. So this article selected the forth middle school students in yanji city and the tenth middle school students in meihekou city as the research object. I have distributed the group cooperative learning scale, then analyzed. I hoped through my study will enrich the group cooperative learning in junior high school and provide theoretical method for the first-line teachers.This article will lanch the research following several aspects:1.The middle school students who do the group cooperative learning their group cooperative learning, achievement goal orientation, academic self-efficacy status and the mutual relations.2.The middle school students who don’t do the group cooperative learning their ability of autonomous learning, achievement goal orientation, academic self-efficacy status and mutual relations.3. The students who do the group cooperative learning and who don’t do group cooperative learning, their differences in achievement goal orientation and academic self-efficacy.There are following conclusions by research:1.The students who do group cooperative learning most set for master reaching goal, to master the knowledge as their own learning goal. They are focus on the completion of tasks, to develop their abilities for purpose.2. The students’who do group cooperative learning behavior self-efficacy is better than learning ability self-efficacy.3. Team member can reflect the value of yourself as a member in the team. They can complete the task of themselves in the group cooperative learning. The personal responsibility is the best.4.The effect of cultivation of the individual responsibility to students’learning behavior self-efficacy and learning ability self-efficacy is obvious.5. The students who are confidence to the learning ability are less believe the other members in the group.6. The students who are confidence to the learning behavior self-efficacy and the learning ability self-efficacy set the goals to master the knowledge they have learned the lesson and make excellent goals.7.The analysis of whether to do group cooperative learning, cooperative learning goal students most set the learning goals to compete the study task, well not do cooperative learning students most set the learning goal to most outstanding and arrange the front of the ranking.8. The analysis of whether to do group cooperative learning, feeling of competence to the learning behavior and learning ability of the students who do cooperative is better than not do cooperative learning goal students, especially on the behavior of competent to a learning task.
